2015 Fall Guide

The crispy air has come in, well in the evenings that is! With crispy air comes the craving for some Fun Family Festivals. As we did last year, we are excited to bring you some fun upcoming events. This year Halloween falls smack dab in the middle of the weekend, that won’t happen for at least another six years! With that said, my hopes are to get you prepared for either the weekend of or the weekends leading up to Halloween.

The fun doesn’t end on Halloween weekend though, well into the month of November, there are several Fall Festivals happening throughout the Valley.

Kicking off the fun is the first weekend of October with PalmFest in McAllen. Below you’ll find some festivals/dates/times we have researched for your scheduling. If your school, parish, church, place of business or local family hang out are having some fun scheduled these next couple of months, please be sure to add them in our comment section. We started our research early this year, so some listed below will be updated as details are solidified within the respective entity.

Hey and here’s another kicker, if you attend any of the events below, take a photo of your littles and share them with us on the comments portion and hashtag us #RGVMomsFallFun for your entrance to a fun RGV Moms Sweepstakes!

Felicia
Never is there a dull moment in her life, either working as the Business Development Officer for Texas Regional Bank or volunteering for several community organizations within Edinburg and McAllen, all while mommying. Known as momma to son Felex (2 years old) and Emoree (6 months old) and mommy to step-daughter Erin (8 years old) and best friend to husband, Alexis for the past 5 years. Between toddler trials & triumphs, soccer games & pre-school selections, Alexis and Felicia are learning to find some time to start their traveling adventures a little at a time by finally taking their honeymoon this summer. Felicia loves dancing to decade music, a good salmon and a good red wine; thank God Alexis is good at two, out of the three!
