Free Resources from Nuestra Clinica del Valle
These exercise and nutrition classes are free and are in association with Nuestra Clinica del Valle and Sí Texas: Social Innovation for a Healthy South Texas.
Alton: Alton Recreation Center (349 Dawes Ave., Alton, TX 78573) Weekly classes include: Tuesday 8:30 a.m. – Fitness Activities and Yoga; Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – Fitness Activities and Yoga; Thursday 8:30 a.m. – Nutritional Class
Alamo: P2 Community Resource Center (1429 S. Tower Rd., Alamo, TX 78516) Weekly classes include: Monday 8:30 a.m. – Fitness Activities and Yoga; Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – Fitness Activities and Yoga; Friday 8:30 a.m. – Nutritional Class
A Weekly Support Group is also held Fridays at 9:30 a.m. at the P2 Community Resource Center (1429 S. Tower Rd., Alamo, TX 78516) for anyone suffering from depression, anxiety, and/or family problems.
