This natural preserved park serves as a buffer between the rapidly growing, mostly residential west side of Brownsville and the Rio Grande River East – West Natural Corridor system. It has a 21-hole disc golf course, as well as a beginner level 7-mile single track mountain bike/running/hiking course.
This park is part of the master-planned Tres Lagos Community. Complete with swings, exercise stations, picnic tables and a multi-level playground that’s great for kids ages 5 and up.

4o-acre park amenities include Victor Park Aquatic Center, Harlingen Rotary Bark Park, 5 lit baseball/softball fields, 6 lit tennis courts, playground, park pavilion, barbecue pit, covered picnic shelters, soccer/athletic fields, restrooms, and access to the Arroyo Hike & Bike trail on a sidewalk along HWY 77/83 access road.
The 37-acre green space houses a softball complex & playgrounds, plus picnic areas and 4 BBQ pavilions. Also the site of Movies in the Park during the summer months.
