The City of Edinburg, University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), and South Texas Literacy Coalition (STLC) invite the public to help celebrate the 2022 Festival of International Books and Art (FESTIBA) Community Day. This annual celebration will include authors, poets, artists, fun children’s activities, music, food, shopping, entertainment, and free books for children of all ages. FESTIBA Community Day Festival is a family fun-filled event. Admission is free and open to the public.
