The Lark Community Center and Park is a great place for the whole family. It has a branch library, gym, classrooms and restrooms inside. The outdoor facilities include two play areas (one for littles and one more advance for the bigger kids), soccer fields, covered picnic tables, and a walking track with plenty of shade.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) helps connect mothers with each other during the preschool years and beyond. We meet the first and third Thursday of the month at BT McAllen from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Childcare is provided. Our meetings include brunch, small groups and either a craft, panel discussion or guest speaker.
